Project: The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation supported an inclusive 6-month work period for the Trombone Shorty Foundation to update and refocus their Apprenticeship Program. This program will connect youth to training and real-world professional experience in the music industry to jumpstart their careers.

Flux has partnered with strategic planning consultancy Agaru (https://agaruconsulting.com/) to facilitate the planning process including three phases: (a) discovery, (b) planning, and (c) implementation.
