Project: In December 2021, Baptist Community Ministries (BCM) funded Ubuntu to develop and plan Integrated Navigation Services to End Arrest & Detention (INSTEAD), “an early intervention, alternative to incarceration program that holistically addresses underlying needs and reduces interactions with the criminal legal system.”

Flux Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation (Flux) worked with Ubuntu Village to support the planning and early-stage implementation of a learning & evaluation system for INSTEAD.
