Project: Finca International is an NGO which establishes microfinance organizations worldwide (23 countries) offering a wide range of instruments aimed at financial inclusion and the promotion of micro-entrepreneurship.

Results:

• Survey interviews with 302 clients in Ecuador in regions surrounding 8 Banco FINCA branch locations.
• Informal interviews with accompanied Loan Officers.
• Database construction, maintenance for collected data.
• Presentation of data to bank leadership in Quito summarizing client profile, client satisfaction, and qualitative highlights/subjects of concern from fieldwork.
