Project: Votorantim Cimentos is the largest producer of cement in Brazil and the most important member of the Votorantim Group. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department contracted PlanPP to carry out community social diagnostics in communities with Votorantim operations as part of a coordinated effort by the Votorantim Institute to formulate the entire group’s 2014 plan for social programming.

Results:
- 17 field teams trained & deployed in parallel to locals spread throughout Brazil to complete semi-structured interviews, gather observational data.
- Semi-structured interviews and observational data gathered in Imbituba, Brazil.
- Production of field report and virtual presentation of findings to operation managers in Imbituba.
- Edition and compilation of final product package in cooperation with thematic experts and graphic design team .
